The new Autum/Winter Idea Book is out today!!!!!! I am SO EXCITED!!!! The paper is gorgeous. The stamps are beautiful. The embellishments are fabulous. And prices are lower!!! Well, I can't believe it is almost another month over. That means another month closer to summer and the heat. I don't know about you, but I am getting tired of this freezing cold air. If it is going to be this cold, then let it snow and make it a snow day. So I can be home playing with paper, stamps, punches, stickease, and glitter.

Happy New Year's Eve to you all! My wish for you in 2011 is for good health and that our paths meet at some point during the year. You are all very special friends to me. I have learned many interesting things from you and feel so lucky I have you in my life.
I have made many New Year's Resolutions:
1. Scrapbook once a week for myself, personally.
2. Send out handmade cards to my friends (this is means you).
3. Host more gatherings and workshop

Where has the summer gone???? I miss the warm sunshine and the careful days that summer brings. I hope everyone is trying to stay healthy with the cold season upon us now.
Have you scheduled your gathering yet???? You need to do this soon so you can get the Christmas shopping started. Would you like to earn free products, then call me today!!! Ladies convention has been "FABULOUS!!!!!" I have learned so much and there are many things coming to the new fall/winter Idea book that will simply shock you. I can't reveal anything yet. But let's just say "WOW!!!!"
If you have been thinking about becoming a consultant, you will have more choices in your kits starting August 1st.
If you are thinking about having a home gathering. Let's just say at $250, you will get $40 in free and a half off item now. "WooHoo!!!!" How cool is that!!!!

Can you believe it is summer and July already? I hope you have trying to have some fun this summer at the pool, on vacation, or playing in your garden. Remember to take time to smell the roses and to take pictures of your activities.

I am preparing myself for my baby to turn 10 on Tuesday. I can't believe he will be 10 years old. Where does the time go? I am very thankful I have preserved his life and my memories into volumes of scrapbooks. Now I can look back at the good times and not so good times of his life.
I would like to send all of you a very Happy Easter or Passover!

This year promises to be one of the best for papercrafting. The new Idea Book was released yesterday and I hope you were able to look at it. However, if you are interested in seeing it for yourself, up close and personal, give me a call. It is fantastic!!!!!!

Happy Labor Day everyone!
Now we know what Labor Day means...summer is offically over, kids are going back to school tomorrow, and we tend to do more crafting as the weather changes to chilly times. I am looking at filling my calendar with events.
The Biggby card classes are going great. We meet on the first Thursday of the month. Now we have a scrapbook class also at Biggby. Those meet on the third Thursday of the month. Both classes are a prepaid/preregistration format. You can call Sue at Biggby (313-274-2727) to reserve your spot or you can call me. The card class is $2.00 and the scrapbook class is $10.00.
The 12 Hour Crop is almost here. I am so excited about this first time event, that I am hosting. The cost is $55.00 due by Oct. 11th. Call for more details if you are interested.
I am running my own booking special. If you book and hold a gathering in the months of Sept.-Dec., I will purchase for you a level 2 paper pack, or a B-size stamp set, or the Accessory Case, or the My Acrylix Organizer case, at your gathering so it counts towards your hostess benefits. What a beautiful day it is! A dear friend called me today to tell me her new grandson was born today. Every child born is a miracle. I am so honored that she shared this with. I felt, I needed to share this with everyone here. Let's not take one day for granted. Let's live each day with the most love we have.

Well ladies, I am all packed for Leadership in California. Now the big test is to see if I will sleep tonight. Matt will bring me to the airport in the morning. I am so excited to be going. We are back from our trip to the cottage, in Grayling. The weather was a little chilly for my taste. I worked on my room mate gifts for Leadership Convention. I will post pictures of them on the My Artwork section. I also worked on my page layout for the Biggby Coffee Shop scrapbook class. The class will be on Aug. 20. The class will be $10.00 for your supplies. You will need to register and pay at the store or you can call me. The layout will be posted on the My Artwork section also.
I will be leaving for Leadership Convention in 8 days. I am so excited about going. It is in Long Beach, California. While I am there, corporate will be teaching us creative classes with new product from the Fall/Winter book. The book will be available September 1st. We will also have business classes. While we are there my room mates and I are going to Disneyland on Friday evening. I love Disney!!!

Well, it is almost the 4th. of July. I can believe it! What happened to our summer weather we had last week. I know my husband, Matt is thankful that it has gotten cooler again, but I love the heat. Bring it on...the hotter the better.
Last night was the Biggby Coffee Shop card class. It was very successful. We had 20 ladies in to make the water card. There is a picture on the My Artboard. I am happy to announce that we will be continuing the card classes and introducing a scrapbook class. The scrapbook class will meet on the third Thursdays of the month at 6:30, starting in August. The class fee will be $10.00. Please bring scissors and adhesive with you. You do need to RSVP that you are coming so I can prepare enough kits for each person. I am so excited about this new class.
Nathan and I are planning a mini trip Up North to the cottage in Grayling. We will only be gone a few days. He plans on playing in the river and plan on working on my niece Anna's first year scrapbook. I need it done by her first birthday on July 31st.

Wow, the weather has changed again in our lovely state. I would love to open the windows and let the fresh air in, but my husband wants to keep the air conditioning on.
I have posted 2 new cards on the artwork button. These are the next 2 Biggby Coffee Shop cards for class. The water card is for July and the shadow box card is for August. Happy Monday Ladies! What a great day!
Nathan and I went to Greenfield Village with my mom and aunt and cousin. This evening we had another baseball game. We lost, but the boys enjoyed themselves at their party at the coach's house. They had water balloon fights and they dumped a cooler of water and ice on the coach. I took many pictures for Nathan's scrapbook. Now I just need to sit and work on his book. I think I might be about 6 months behind in some areas and about a year in others.

Another Goodie Box today!!!!!! Yippee!!!!!! I missed out on the last one. I do believe I will be getting this one today.
Well, I survived 3 days of Cub Scout camp. I took many pictures of Nathan and his friends doing many cool boy things. He said his favorite thing was making puppets today and shotting the BB gun for 3 days. One of his art requirements will be making a scrapbook of his artwork from the summertime. Oh, don't know where he will find supplies! LOL

School is out ! ! ! I am so excited that it is summer vacation.
My big plans are to scrapbook Nathan's pages and get caught up on his stuff. Then work on my niece Anna's book before her first birthday on July 31st. Make a bunch of cards for birthdays, thank you's, and generic. Most importantly I want to get new classes designed.
My other plans for summer are to go to Park Colony to swim and relax. Go up north to the cottage for about a week in July. Lastly, my favorite, go to Long Beach, California for Leadership convention.
I am always looking for people who are interested in becoming a consultant. Whether you are interested just for the kit, or hobbiest, or to make some extra money. Call me and I would love to talk with you.

What a crazy day...the weather, work, and confusion on how to get the Deal-A-Day!
When you are ordering the Deal-A-Day items, make sure you scroll down the page after you have selected your stamp set. You need to add the item of the day to your cart it get the special shipping price and the actual item. There were some errors on Friday and Saturday. Corporate is aware of it and is correcting the issues. Just make sure you scroll down and add the item to the cart.
I was wondering if the summer warm weather will ever get here. I am ready to be relaxing playing with my favorite Close to my Heart products and playing at the pool. Just a few more days of school for me. Matt finished last Friday, but is going in for half days to work on the yearbook with the Seniors. Nathan is finished on Wednesday after mass. But I am the last to finish on Friday.

Tonight was the first Card Class at Biggby Coffee shop in Allen Park. I met many new wonderful ladies. We had a great time.
Today is the fourth day of the Deal-A-Day...Mystery Box. For $60.00 you get $120.00 value. I know what you are thinking, "But Holly, I don't know what is in the box."
